From humble beginnings to industry leader, Steve Palise’s journey to becoming one of Australia’s leading commercial buyer’s agents, transacting over 2,000 properties for his clients, is a testament to perseverance, education, and a shift in perspective.
The Early Years
Born and raised in western Sydney, Steve’s pursuit of academic excellence led him to top the state in high school and later, a university medal winner in his Bachelor’s degree of Engineering. His engineering career was diverse, spanning design roles in medical equipment to mining sites.
Redefining Success
Despite professional success, Steve saw the limitations of the corporate world. His quest for financial independence led him to the world of property investment, beginning with 9 residential properties.
A Shift to Property
After purchasing his first investment property in 2012 and seeing its rapid appreciation, Steve transitioned fully into the property sector.
As a buyer’s agent, he helped clients secure over 1,200 residential properties (before transitioning into commercial property) and contributed to the growth of one of Australia’s largest buyer agencies.
